How to Use:
- For tinting brows, lashes, and facial hair with a long-lasting skin stain effect
- Apply Intensifying Primer to the brows and process for 4 minutes
- Remove with dry cotton swab and proceed with Intense Browns Base Gel application after another 4 minutes
Note: Intense Brow[n]s can also be used for lash tinting. Intensifying Primer is not necessary for lash tint or brow tints where a skin stain is not desired.
