Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

We provide fast, reliable shipping across Australia:

  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $80 AUD qualify for FREE delivery Australia-wide.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $80 AUD, we charge a flat-rate fee of $12.95.

2. Fast Dispatch & Handling Time (Same-Day)

All salon products are stocked and shipped directly from our Australian warehouses.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday - Friday.

  • Handling Time: We offer Same-Day Dispatch for all orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

3. Estimated Transit Times

We aim for the fastest possible delivery. Use the following guide for estimated delivery times:

  • Brisbane Metro, Melbourne Metro & Perth Metro: Up to 3 business days.

  • NSW, Regional Victoria & South Australia: 2 to 6 business days.

  • Regional Queensland (Rural): 4 to 8 business days.

  • Regional Western Australia: 5 to 10 business days.

  • Northern Territory & Tasmania: 4 to 12 business days.

  • Remote Islands/Outback: Up to 14 business days.

4. Tracking & Security (Signature Policy)

  • Track & Trace: Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

  • Signature Requirements: To ensure safe delivery of high-value items, a Signature is required for all orders exceeding $199 AUD. * Orders under $199: These may be delivered with "Authority to Leave" at the courier's discretion or your request. If you specifically require a signature for an order under $199, please contact us immediately after ordering.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address. Discount Salon Supplies is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses or customer-initiated redirections while in transit.

5. Returns Policy (Defective & Damaged Goods)

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, please notify us within 14 days. We will provide a replacement or resolution once the return is authorized.

  • Return Process: All returns must be authorized by our team. Email cs.discountsalonsupplies@gmail.com to start a claim.

  • Return Shipping: For general returns (change of mind), shipping is at the customer's expense.
