Refund policy


1. Order Cancellations & Refunds

We move fast to get your orders out! Our refund policy for cancellations is based on the processing stage of your order:

  • Pre-Processing (Immediate): If you request a cancellation before your order has been processed (typically within 1 hour of payment), we will provide a full 100% refund.

  • During Processing: If an order is cancelled within 1 day of payment but before it has shipped, a 10% restocking & labor fee applies. You will receive a 90% refund. This covers the costs of our team picking, packing, and preparing your parcel for the courier.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Hassle-Free Defective & Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged or is poorly manufactured:

  • No Return Necessary: In many cases, you do not need to ship the item back to us.

  • How to Claim: Simply email cs.discountsalonsupplies@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Once our team verifies the photos, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Change of Mind & Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of professional salon supplies and health regulations, Discount Salon Supplies does not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" once an order has been placed.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on hair accessories or any products where the plastic packaging has been opened.

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your cart carefully before checkout. Every attempt will be made to accommodate change requests sent to cs.discountsalonsupplies@gmail.com, but we cannot guarantee changes once the "Order being processed" status is reached.
