Jeval Icy Treat Leave-in Blonde Toning Reconstructor Mousse is a multi use cool toned leave-in mousse formula with sunflower seed oil combines milk proteins, vitamin E and Pro-vitamin B5 to penetrate and strengthen the hair. The blue/violet pigments contained within allow instant toning to pre-lightened, natural grey and blonde hair. Use as a quick leave-in treatment, a porosity equaliser, or even mix with blonde colours to intensify toning reflect.
